KeitEd and its partners are also specialized in the fields of construction and investment in infrastructure projects. Our Consortium employs world leading engineers, architects, and projects managers. Our team is highly trained in planning, financing, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects. We work directly with our partners to finance, and build economic infrastructures around the world. Our main goal is to construct and attract Investments in the construction of the projects of national importance. All projects are implemented by our companies (Consortium) under EPC + F contracts and are subject to compulsory insurance by international insurance companies. Due to the circumstances, we are asking our customers to guarantee our investment for the duration of construction and repayment period. This could be either Sovereign Guarantee (SG), Stand-By Letter of Credit (SBLC) or other type of financial guarantee that is acceptable to our financial institution. All financial guarantees must be backed/confirmed by one the top 100 world banks, with the exception of the banks of certain nations.

With experience as a presidential candidate in Republic of Guinea, political party leader, and executive across the US, Canada, and Africa, he excels at securing funding, executing major construction projects, and leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams grounded in transparency, accountability, and results.
With over a decade of progressive leadership across international trade and infrastructures development, Dr. Keita brings strategic expertise and a solutions-driven approach to advancing economic growth around the world. As a senior technical advisor at the President Palace of the Republic of Guinea from 2010 to 2021, he secured and delivered a multi-million dollars infrastructure projects, strengthening critical electricity, transport, and logistics networks while creating thousands of jobs and implementing 20% faster procurement processes through effective negotiations.
Educated at the University of Quebec and currently based in Texas, Dr. Keita Allarynn continues to drive partnerships, champion national development, and deliver impactful infrastructure solutions for clients and communities worldwide.
